Design & Development

Customers often present us with a variety of different design formats for their products. They range from a simple sketch on a piece of paper to a full 3D file. We can interpret any version without issue.

Spectrum Manufacturing is well known for assisting clients with the most intricate design development process, as well as for providing every level of support depending on each customer’s unique needs.

3d scan, 3D cad, wax Printing

Using the most up-to-date technology, we offer a 3D Scan, 3D CAD, and wax printing service that will allow you to create from scratch or replicate for adjustment any design of any size you wish to produce.

Molds

According to what is best for the job, we offer different Mold options: high-grade silicon molds, cold molds for items that can not be heated, metallic molds for best-quality plastic injections, and pewter molds.

CASTING ♻️

Spectrum Mfg is proud to call itself one of the best casting houses in downtown LA. We cast brass, bronze, sterling silver, 14-karat, 18-karat, and 22-karat Gold. We also do hollow casting of any size object.

As we are taking very seriously our mission to become a more eco-responsible manufacturing business, we took the challenge to use as much possible Recycled and responsibly sourced precious metal, and are re-purposing our water used in the casting process.

FINISHING

We offer a very wide variety of metal finishes: raw, tumble, tumble shiny, satin, high polish, antique, antique tumble, antique polish, etc.

Spectrum Mfg can also accommodate plating services; Brass/Gold plating and Gold Vermeil.

Gemology

Guillaume, the owner of Spectrum Manufacturing Inc., is a GIA graduate gemologist so we are able to provide clients with the best, most cost-efficient supplies of diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and colored stones.

He can help choose a variety of gems that will fit your designs and price point.
